MensWear Style Tips from the The Carraway Concept

On September 6, 2013, Rashon Carraway, AKA “Mr. Goodwill Hunting” debuted the Carraway Concept in Rock Hill, SC. The Carraway Concept is an online gentlemen’s boutique specializing in classic vintage men’s clothing. As a fellow blogger friend, I went to support his efforts. I’ve always admired his style and his ability to take vintage men’s clothing and make it relevant in today’s fashion scene.

I usually don’t give men makeover advice, but if I did, I’d use his show as a template.

It’s ok to go bold and ditch the traditional black or blue pants. The red pants actually work for this look for me.

Upgrade your jean casual style with a vest, jacket, tie AND A lapel flower. This was one of my favorite looks. Very urban trendy and reminds me of the stylish guys in Brooklyn!

Of course I can’t attend a menswear show and NOT come away with ideas for Mr. Looney. Would you want your man all suited up? Would he let you ‘dress’ him?
