STAGE 1: Strategy Session (1-2 hrs)
Analysis of current website : Make Me Over, Eb, LLC will review the organization’s existing site page by page, and make recommendations for improvements to navigation based on technological advances and best practices. The provided Google Analytics will help establish what the organization’s customers find most important, and will guide in establishing a final position.
STAGE 2: Brainstorming with CLIENT:
This will allow the entire team to discuss ideas and the organization’s vision for ideal final product. These initial discussions are critical to fully understand the organization’s wants and needs.
Pre-design submissions: Make Me Over, Eb, LLC will present a minimum of three (3) potential designs for the your website. Each proposed design will be dynamic and include a mock-up of 2 page layouts (home page and a content page) to provide a visual for potential layout, graphics, copy, links, logo, banners and a navigation menu displaying primary and sub-menu items.
STAGE 3: Design & Develop:
Design selection and build-out: After the organization has selected and approved its preferred design, Make Me Over, Eb, LLC will build out the website pages for the CLIENT on a staging site. The organization will continue providing input and direction through the build-out, which will minimize revisions after site completion.
At 50 percent completion, the organization will review and evaluate progress and website components. After this point additional costs will be incurred for substantial changes to layout or design. (New designs will require a new contract.)
We will create website copy for each page, optimizing copy for Search Engine Optimization with relevant keyword that will help in ranking in search engines. We do not guarantee search rankings.
We will use license-free stock images if necessary. Client is responsible for fees associated with images.
STAGE 4: Revisions and refinement:
Up to 3 rounds of changes (not to exceed 4 hours). As the organization will be working collaboratively through the entire process, there will be minimal extensive changes to the design. This is the time for refinement, for executive insight into the entire site, and to confirm the pages are sufficient to cover the wealth of organization information.
STAGE 5: Pre-Launch:
After the site is completely built out, the organization has an additional opportunity to examine, explore and approve the website.
STAGE 6: Launch
We upload the final approved draft to the live host account be immediately available for public use. We submit your website to the popular search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
STAGE 7: Post Launch:
Website maintenance. Client will receive 12 months or a total of 24 hours of maintenance on the website starting from official launch date. This includes keeping plugins updated, adding content such as images and text (provided by client) to the existing layout.
Project Timeline: Minimum 2-4 weeks. Weekly 30-minute project update meetings on day/time designated in strategy session via phone/email.
