12-month Website tech support covers the technical aspects of keeping a website updated.
- 2 hrs/month of development support (Call or email us your)
- WordPress Core Updates (if applicable)
- WordPress Theme Updates (client must have a theme license)
- Weekly Backups (we recommend having a plugin installed or we’ll work with your host to ensure this happens)
- Security & Performance Checks (we’ll recommend use of a 3rd party firewall such as Sucuri.net)
- SEO monthly analytics and page optimization
What this doesn’t cover: website training, website redesign, or content development. Client is responsible for purchase of 3rd party software or plugins.
